Job Description

Matrix Mantra is looking for a talented and creative Digital Marketing Strategist & Graphic Designer to support our brand and social media marketing. We are looking for someone with existing practical knowledge and experience in brand marketing, social media strategy, content creation, and graphic design. This is not a beginner or training position.

Key Responsibilities

• •Develop creative and practical social media marketing strategies.
• •Create unique ideas to promote and strengthen the brand.
• •Plan social media campaigns and content themes.
• •Create engaging and attractive social media content.
• •Design professional posters, social media graphics, and campaign creatives.
• •Develop strong and engaging content for social media.
• •Suggest new marketing ideas, trends, and campaign concepts.
• •Maintain consistency in brand style and communication.
• •Turn marketing ideas into creative visual content.

Requirements

• •Practical knowledge of digital marketing and brand marketing.
• •Strong understanding of social media marketing.
• •Creative thinking and the ability to develop unique content ideas.
• •Strong graphic design skills.
• •Experience creating social media posters and marketing creatives.
• •Good understanding of branding, visual communication, and content strategy.
• •Ability to work independently and bring your own ideas.
• •Previous freelance, agency, personal-brand, or client work is an advantage.

Nice to Have

• •Tamil-speaking candidates are preferred.
• •Good understanding of Tamil audiences, culture, and Tamil-language social media content is an advantage.
